About this Event
As the days shorten and colder weather settles in, give yourself a few hours to slow down, reconnect and consider what you need for the season ahead.
The Wintering Circle brings together nature, creativity and connection at our private forest retreat property near Wizard Lake. We’ll begin with a slow, guided forest stroll, taking time to notice the changing season and explore what it brings up for us.
Inside our warm, wood-heated yurt, settle in with cosy blankets and warming tea as we reflect on what you’re carrying into winter and what helps sustain you. Through creative reflection, therapeutic conversation and guided somatic meditation, you’ll have opportunities to connect with your emotions, notice your body’s needs and explore ways to support yourself through the coming months.
A nourishing lunch is included, with time to enjoy a shared meal and connect with others. No artistic or meditation experience is needed, and sharing is always optional.
Led by Charlie Webb, Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Nature-Based Therapist. Therapy receipts will be provided. Please check your plan’s coverage, as reimbursement varies by insurer and policy.
