About this Event

Come join us for our next meeting of the Wellbeing Network.

What will my next six months focus on and where will I be by the end of the year?

We will support each other to get clear about what our individual focus will be for the next six months and beyond.

As entrepreneurs, often working alone, most of us love our client work but have a slightly less loving relationship with what it takes to run a business.

This provides a great opportunity for us to come together and carve out vital time for ourselves and our organisations to grow.

The session will begin with meditation visualisation led by Sara Cardeira of @sara_positivegrowth a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. Plus reflective coaching questions and peer to peer discussion led by Jessica Cooper (co-founder of The Wellbeing Network) and Founder of Sustained Performance and a Performance Coach.

You will walk away with:

  • a vision for the next six months for yourself and your business
  • Reconfirmation of your purpose, objectives & priorities
  • A clear view on what success will look like to you
  • Confidence & motivation
