A free picnic & wellness education evening for Clermont families — come relax, learn something real, and find your people.
About this Event

Hey Clermont moms and dads — this one's for you. 🌿

You asked, so we're doing it again. After the first Well Table back in August, families who couldn't make it have been asking when the next one would be — so here it is.

You're invited back to The Well Table — a free evening event at Lake Hiawatha designed for parents who want real community, real connection, and real answers about their health and their kids'.

One thing that surprised us last time: this wasn't just a moms' meetup. The dads showed up too — asking questions and staying for the whole conversation. So this time, we're saying it out loud: Chosen Moms and Chosen Dads are both welcome at this table.

Here's how the evening flows:

🧺 5:30 PM — The Picnic & Learn.
We sit down together at the lake for a picnic, and I'll be sharing something every parent in this city needs to hear — about your nervous system, your kids' nervous system, and why so many families are exhausted, overwhelmed, and nobody is connecting the dots.

🧠 Free Nervous System Screening.
I'll be offering free, educational nervous system screenings for kids at the event — a chance to see what I'm actually looking for and get real answers about your child's development. (This is a screening only, not a diagnosis or treatment.)

🃏 Myth vs. Fact for parents.
We're bringing a hands-on myth vs. fact activity so you can test what you actually know about chiropractic care — no pressure, just real answers to the questions most parents are quietly wondering about.

👧 While the grown-ups talk — the kids connect too.
We'll have fun activities set up for the kids to play and connect with each other while we picnic and chat.

This isn't a lecture. It's a real conversation, outside, with good people, at golden hour on the lake. ✨

This event is:
✅ Completely FREE
✅ Open to all Clermont and South Lake County families
✅ Kid-friendly (bring the little ones — we've got activities for them!)
✅ A safe space — no sales pitch, just real talk and real community

What to bring:
🧃 Bring your family's favorite snack to share at the picnic — we love seeing what everyone brings!
💧 Water will be provided, so no need to pack drinks.
👯 Bring a friend! The more Clermont families at the table, the better — feel free to invite other moms and dads you know.

Please note: Photos and video will be taken throughout the event for Chosen Chiropractic's social media and future promotions. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let us know when you arrive.

Who is hosting this?
Hi, I'm Kim — a Gonstead chiropractic intern graduating February 2027 and opening Chosen Chiropractic in Clermont in March 2027. I moved here on purpose, for this community, and I love getting to keep meeting you in real life.

The first Well Table back in August brought together 33 Chosen Moms and Chosen Dads — and the response since then has been overwhelming. So many of you asked for a second one. So here we are. 💛

Spots are limited so we can keep this intimate and intentional. Register now to secure your spot — you'll receive a confirmation and reminder as we get closer.

See you at the lake. ✝️🌿
