The Way Home - Transforming the path from Homelessness to Housing

A Legislative Networking Breakfast | Homelessness Awareness Month

Housing solutions begin with collaboration.

Join Housing Solutions of New York (HSNY) for The Way Home, a legislative networking breakfast bringing together leaders from government, nonprofit organizations, housing development, finance, and real estate to explore meaningful solutions to homelessness and expand pathways to permanent housing.

In recognition of Homelessness Awareness Month, this gathering will create space for thoughtful dialogue, relationship-building, and collaboration among the individuals and institutions shaping New York's housing landscape.

From the delivery of critical human services to the financing and development of affordable and supportive housing, addressing homelessness requires a coordinated effort across sectors.

The Way Home is about bringing those sectors together.

We welcome professionals and leaders from across New York's housing and human services ecosystem, including:

• Elected officials and government agencies
• Nonprofit executives and human services providers
• Affordable and supportive housing developers
• Real estate attorneys and property owners
• Investors, lenders, and financial institutions
• Housing advocates, community organizations, and industry stakeholders
