The 2026 festival closes with a truly immersive experience at Cumnock Old Church. Brass players from The Wallace Collection and The Cooperation Band will take up positions around the church’s galleries to create a surround-sound reimagining of Giovanni Gabrieli’s 1615 Canzoni et Sonate. A fitting tribute to the late John Wallace, who was passionate about bringing this remarkable project to Cumnock, as seventeenth-century Venetian splendour comes to Ayrshire.Event information
