About this Event
The Vulnerable Child Experience is a powerful, immersive walk-through designed for adults that places you in the shoes of an 8-year-old child entering foster care.
Through a series of guided environments, you will encounter moments of fear, confusion, loss, and uncertainty—reflecting what many children experience when they are removed from their homes and placed into the system. This experience brings awareness to an often invisible crisis happening in every community—and invites you to step into the story.
You’ll also be introduced to Commission 127 and their belief that "Not all are called to foster, but all are called to care." As you move through the experience, you’ll be guided to consider how you can take a next step to care for vulnerable children and families in a meaningful, tangible way.
