I’ve run Vision Board Workshops for years, and here’s what I’ve learned: sticking beautiful pictures on a board is the easy part. The deeper work is what’s happening underneath the things we say we want. You can pin up the dream house, the overflowing bank account and the beach. But your subconscious beliefs, your emotional patterns and the way you see yourself decide how much you actually believe you can create it.
So before we decide what we’re calling in, we’ll make space for what we’re leaving behind. Then we’ll build your board around three questions.
What do you want?
Not what’s sensible, realistic, expected or impressive. The things you’ve quietly wanted for years and never let yourself say out loud.
What do you already have that you want more of?
Your vision doesn’t have to come from lack. More belly laughs. More slow mornings. More of the ordinary moments that make you think, God, I love my life.
Who are you becoming?
How does the woman living this vision feel? What is she available for… and what is she no longer available for?
This is where your vision board becomes an embodiment board: a visual anchor back to how you want to feel, live and become in 2027.
