About this Event
The third workshop in The Village Witch’s Tarot Circle Series
The 40 Pip Cards of the Minor Arcana can feel intimidating at first, but you don’t have to memorize the meaning of every single card to read them confidently.
In this two hour workshop, we’ll break down the numbered cards of the four Tarot suits and learn how the suit, element, number, imagery, and context work together to create meaning. You’ll learn how to recognize patterns, understand the progression from Ace through 10, and develop your own way of interpreting the Pip Cards beyond simply looking up a definition in a guidebook.
We’ll also practice reading Pip Cards together so you can start seeing the story within the cards instead of relying on memorization.
This workshop is part of The Village Witch’s Tarot Circle, but each workshop stands on its own. You don’t need to have attended the previous workshops to participate.
If you joined us for Tarot Essentials in July and/or The Major Arcana in September, this is a natural next step. You don't have to have attended those workshops to join us, but if you didn't, I strongly recommend watching my Tarot Basics: Mini Class beforehand so you have a basic understanding of how Tarot is structured and how to approach a reading.
Please bring a notebook, something to write with, and Tarot deck (Rider-Waite-Smith or another deck with traditional imagery is recommended).
