Six sparkling wines. Six hidden origins. One table.
For this edition of The Untold Glass by The Champagne C.e.O, the journey goes beyond one region and across borders.
You will discover six sparkling wines from six different countries — but their identities will remain hidden at first.
No labels.No flags.No country names.
Just the glass in front of you.
Throughout the evening, you will be invited to observe, compare, discuss, guess and connect clues as each wine slowly reveals its story.
This is not a traditional wine class.
It is an interactive wine experience built around curiosity, conversation and discovery.
What to expect
You will enjoy:
- Six sparkling wines served blind
- Six different countries and six very different expressions of bubbles
- Food selected to accompany the wines
- Interactive clues and storytelling
- Progressive reveals throughout the evening
- A relaxed, intimate setting with a maximum of 16 guests
- An experience hosted entirely in English
You do not need to know anything about wine before coming.
The idea is simply to trust your senses, share your impressions and see where the glass takes you.
Some wines may feel familiar.
Others may challenge what you think sparkling wine should taste like.
And one or two may be very different from what you expect from their country of origin.
The challenge
Can you recognise where a sparkling wine comes from without seeing the bottle?
Can climate, grape varieties, winemaking and style give you enough clues?
Or will your assumptions lead you somewhere completely different?
By the end of the evening, all six origins will be revealed — together with the story behind each glass.

Solo guests are very welcome. The format naturally encourages conversation, so you do not need to arrive with someone to feel part of the experience.

Guests arrive, settle in and meet around the table. A short introduction to The Untold Glass and the evening’s challenge.
7:30 PM — The Journey Begins
The rules are simple: six sparkling wines, six hidden origins, no labels and no country names. Guests receive their first clues and begin exploring the wines blind.
7:45 PM — First Discoveries
Taste, compare and share impressions. Each glass reveals something different through aroma, texture, acidity, bubbles and style.
8:15 PM — Clues, Stories & Food Pairings
Food is served alongside the wines as more clues are introduced. Guests revisit their guesses and connect each wine to its possible origin.
8:45 PM — The Reveals
The six countries are unveiled progressively, together with the story, grapes and winemaking behind each sparkling wine.
9:15 PM — Final Glass & Conversation
A last look at the journey, favourite discoveries and the biggest surprises of the evening.
