THE UNSTOPPABLES & NOMAD PLANETS ANNUAL BENEFIT FOR FOOD BANK OF NWI AT EAT

The annual show featuring Nomad Planets and The Unstoppables at EAT to benefit the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana takes place on Sunday, November 15! We've been fortunate to be able to donate a tremendous amount of food over the course of the ten or so years we've been staging these shows, and we couldn't have done that with your help.
Last year we collected 700 pounds of non-perishable food at our show. This was our highest total in years, and we're setting an aggressive, yet attainable, goal of 1000 pounds to donate this year. We understand that not everyone will be able to give extra, but if it is at all possible for you to do so we would greatly appreciate that effort. A collection box is already in place at EAT, so if you'd like to donate early while you are there on Saturday or Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm for Raymundo's stellar brunch - you really should go if you haven't already - we can get a jump start on that total.
Lastly, a private donor contacted us with a vow to pledge a monetary donation of $5 per pound of food collected at this year's performance, with a maximum of $5,000 as a cap. If we are able to hit that total we will be giving the Food Bank enough to provide 15,000 meals to our neighbors in need.
Please mark your calendars, share this info with your friends and plan to join us for this worthy cause. Thank you again for your support in the past, we look forward to seeing you at the show!
