Some things are understood with the mind.
Others live deeper...in the body, breath, emotion, memory, imagery, and the things we know before we have words for them.
The Unspoken is a 3-hour experiential workshop for therapists, healers, coaches, bodyworkers, helping professionals, and curious humans who want to explore healing and growth beyond the thinking mind.
Through therapeutic breathwork, guided experience, reflection, and conversation, we’ll explore how the body communicates and how breath can become a doorway into deeper awareness and unconscious material.
And because we’re gathering on Friday the 13th, we’ll make a little room for mystery, intuition, and the magic of what can’t always be explained.
Hosted by Cassie Jones, LCPC, Somatic Therapist & Level 3 Therapeutic Breathworker.
This workshop also serves as an introduction to Cassie’s 2027 Therapeutic Breathwork Practicum for those who feel called to go deeper.
Come curious. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a journal and maybe a little Friday the 13th magic.
