We’ll kick things off with a relaxed social mixer. Arrive, mingle, grab a drink, meet other singles, and get comfortable before the speed dating rounds begin.
💬 Guided Conversations
Once the rounds begin, our host will guide you through each date with fun conversation starters and icebreakers. No need to worry about awkward silence—we’ll keep things flowing!
❤️ Quick Dates, Real Connections
You’ll spend a few minutes getting to know each person before rotating to your next date. It’s enough time to catch a vibe, have a conversation, and decide whether you’d like to connect again.
💕 Make Your Matches
After each round, you’ll privately indicate whether you’re interested in someone as afriend, date, or neither. If the interest is mutual, we’ll facilitate the connection after the event.
🎟️ Ticket Pricing
Reserve your spot early!Ticket prices may increase as the event gets closer or once early tickets sell out.
Our events are intentionally kept at a comfortable size so everyone has an opportunity to meet the other participants. Once capacity is reached, additional tickets may not be available.
⏰ A Few Things to Know
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the event has begun. This helps us keep the rotation schedule fair and ensures every participant gets the full experience.
Please allow yourself enough time for parking, check-in, and getting settled before the event starts.

We may take photos or videos during our events for promotional purposes, including use on social media and other marketing platforms.
Prefer not to be photographed? No problem!Please let our event team know when you arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and avoid intentionally capturing you in promotional photos.
🔄 Event Changes & Cancellations
Event details are subject to change when necessary. This may include changes to the venue, date, time, format, or other event details.
If we need to make a significant change or cancel an event, we will communicate updates to registered attendees using the contact information provided during registration.
💰 Refund Policy
More than 1 week before the event:You may request afull refund.
Less than 1 week before the event:Tickets arenon-refundable. However, you may be able to apply your ticket toward a future Melanin Matchup event, subject to availability and approval.
