The Totally Together Collective hosts an open forum to discuss how to best support the Victoria Arts Scene in the next year.We wish to include the community in a broad-picture conversation surrounding how we put our best foot forward in 2027.

In order to operate collectively, we need more spaces for open and constructive communication. This is Step 1 in doing better at facilitating communal strategy building.
Hosted by Board President Eleanor Kschischang, and Executive Director Tasha Cadence, this will be a conversation focused on our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, where you can share your experiences and ideas directly with board members. We will have snacks and beverages available as this event will be during lunch hours, RSVP'ing to this event will help us estimate how much food to provide.
Through some gentle facilitation, we hope to work together to discover some solutions and opportunities for growth to add to our Strategy Plan. This plan will be brought for approval at our In-Person AGM on December 5th at the same location. (10:30AM-12:00PM)
We deeply appreciate any and all efforts made by our community to support the TTC as we work hard to do better.
