About this Event
The Threshold Retreat is business strategy experience for couples who own or operate a company together.
From November 12–15, 2026, eight couples will gather at La Fonda on the Plaza in Santa Fe to work through the decisions they keep circling and move from clarity to action.
Through professionally facilitated sessions, shared experiences, and the Threshold framework of Clarity → Decision → Execution, you will leave with clearer priorities, defined responsibilities, documented decisions, and a practical 90-day plan.
This retreat is for couples navigating growth, transition, or important business decisions who want a stronger structure for deciding together. It is not couples therapy or a traditional strategic-planning retreat. It is private, focused work designed for the two people who carry the business home.
Led by Jen Paul Schroer and Dr. Beverlee J. McClure, the retreat is limited to eight couples to ensure meaningful attention, confidentiality, and a highly personal experience.
