Join Annika at Rooted WC for a seasonal nervous system reset exploring the themes of release, remembrance, rest, and renewal. Through gentle movement, breath, sound, voice, and somatic practices, we’ll create space to settle the nervous system and reconnect with the rhythms of the changing season.
This is an opportunity to honor what has been, release what no longer needs to be carried, and make space for what is waiting to emerge.
