THE THREAD OF BECOMINGAn Astral Projection Meditation
What if the path ahead is not something you simply find, but something you are already weaving?
This November, we continue our astral journey with The Thread of Becoming, an immersive guided meditation exploring possibility, choice, alignment, and the future self beginning to emerge.
Following our journey into the Temple of the Higher Self and our exploration of the Hall of Mirrors, we now move beyond reflection and into becoming.
During this experience, you will be guided into a vast energetic landscape filled with luminous threads.
Some may feel familiar.
Some may connect to memories, relationships, choices, lessons, identities, or dreams that have shaped your path.
Others may extend beyond what you currently know, carrying the energy of possibilities that have not yet fully taken form.
You will have the opportunity to explore the threads you are still carrying, recognize what may be ready to loosen or release, and become aware of the paths that continue to call you forward.
As the journey deepens, you will encounter the Golden Knot, a symbolic point of convergence where intention, choice, and possibility meet.
Here, you will be invited to consciously connect with the energy of what you are becoming.
This meditation is not about predicting a fixed future.
It is about recognizing your relationship with possibility.
It is about becoming aware of the choices, patterns, desires, and inner knowing that are already shaping what comes next.
You may find yourself asking:
What am I still carrying from the person I have been?
Which threads no longer belong in the life I am creating?
What possibility continues to pull at me?
What am I ready to choose differently?
Who am I becoming now?
Through guided visualization, deep relaxation, symbolic astral exploration, and intentional reflection, The Thread of Becoming invites you into the space between where you have been and where you are going.
You do not need previous astral projection experience to participate.
Simply come willing to explore.
Come curious.
Come ready to listen to the threads that are still calling your name.
What you need to bring:
Just YOU, open and ready! Plush yoga mats, neck rolls and fuzzy blankets are provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable journey. Eye masks are recommended.
This class will be held in person at DFW Crystals located at 901 W Parker Rd. Ste 121 Plano, TX 75023.
In honoring participants and the nature of the session, late arrivals will not be accepted.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Misty Rainwater is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Level III, Quantum Healing Practitioner, Energy Healer, Meditation & Astral Guide, and Past-Life Facilitator devoted to helping others reconnect with the deeper intelligence of the body, energy, and soul.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about awakening what is already within you.
With more than a decade of experience as a therapist in the field of psychology, Misty came to understand that meaningful transformation often extends beyond the conscious mind. That realization led her into the subtle realms of energy, emotion, vibration, consciousness, and embodied healing, where she began developing practices designed to help people experience change not only intellectually, but physically and energetically.
Blending intuitive channeling, Reiki, sound and frequency work, crystal therapy, essential oil alchemy, breath, somatic movement, guided meditation, and astral exploration, Misty creates immersive experiences that bridge the seen and unseen.
She is the creator of **The Frequency Shift Workshop**, an experiential exploration of sound, vibration, energy, and energetic alignment, and **Somatic Flow**, a body-centered practice that combines intentional movement, breathwork, vibration, chakra work, and energetic integration to help participants build greater body awareness, move emotional energy, and reconnect with themselves from within.
