The Things We Hide in the Dark: A Halloween Meditative Sound Journey
What parts of yourself do you keep tucked away in the dark?
This Halloween, step into a cozy space of stillness, sound, and self-discovery. Through guided meditation and an immersive sound journey, we’ll gently explore the emotions, stories, and parts of ourselves we may have learned to hide.
No judgment. No fixing. Just an invitation to turn toward what’s been waiting in the shadows and meet it with curiosity, compassion, and a little more light.
Come cozy. Come curious. Come exactly as you are. 🕯️🌙
Simply bring an open mind, a willing heart, and whatever supports your comfort.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
Optional:
• Eye mask
• Cushion
• Blanket
• Any other items that help you feel relaxed and supported
All are welcome.
Come as you are and leave feeling centered, renewed, and ready to embrace the day with greater ease and intention.
Bring a friend!
