A sanctuary — for feelers, thinkers, healers. Come as you are, leave lighter. Expect vulnerability, poetry, conversation that stays.
About this Event

October Theme: "Falling Into Truth"

Fall is a season of lettin go. This month, we ask: what happens when we release who we thought we had to be and fall into what's true? Maybe it's who and what we let go...? Bring your journal or notebook and pen...and join us for a conversation with featured guest TiElla Gimes, then reflect and express in your own way. We want to hear your voice and thoughts in the space.
Important information about TTPS podcast culture:
This space is centered on mental health and wellness — approached holistically, because healing isn’t one-dimensional. We hold space for mind, heart, and spirit through poetry, a variety of art, honest conversation, and community.

We won’t pretend the weight of the world doesn’t follow us into the room. This isn’t a political platform — it’s a place to exhale, not debate.

A diverse space for all kinds of people, built around shared themes. Leave your biases and judgments at the door. The goal: an authentic, safe community where people can actually be seen.

Proceeds goes directly toward growing The Therapeutic Poetry Sessions: more nights like this one, more guest speakers and artists in more spaces, for more people who need this kind of room to exist.
