Even if you are new to Tarot or have experience, this workshop is for everyone! The Fool's Journey—A Deep Dive into the Major Arcana
If you have ever tried to learn tarot by memorizing definitions card by card, you know how
easily it leads to a mental block when doing a layout. The first part of this foundational series is
here to teach you a better way!
Led by experienced practitioner Katie Bochinski and inspired by the classic 3-line framework
and research in Rachel Pollack’s Seventy-Eight Degrees of Wisdom, this intensive workshop
offers a comprehensive breakdown of the Major Arcana, tracing the narrative arc of the Fool
from innocence to enlightenment.
Drawing on her 20 years of experience as a professional reader and educator, Katie will teach
you an in-depth, reliable approach that treats the Major Arcana not as a random stack of cards,
but as a cohesive, archetypal map of human experience. You will learn to see The Fool as your
main player piece, navigating a hidden grid that unlocks the meaning of every card.
Establish your foundational skills this autumn and leave this workshop with a solid, structured
system that gets you away from the guidebooks and lets you read with genuine confidence!

About the Instructor
For over two decades, Katie Bochinski has been demystifying the tarot for clients and students
alike. With 20 years of real-world reading experience, she has developed an approach grounded
in genuine study and research. Katie moves past generic card meanings that ignore the vast
history of the images, instead drawing on their deeper ties to psychology, philosophy, religion,
and symbolism. She views tarot as neither a test of memorization nor an innate psychic ability,
but as an ongoing practice—much like yoga—where depth, insight, and understanding are built
over time. When she isn't reading or teaching, she creates custom tarot accessories, including
handcrafted wooden boards and premium leather mats designed to elevate the modern
reader's practice.
