The legendary Tannahill Weavers return to the Indy Folk Series with the electrifying blend of pipes, fiddle, flute, bouzouki, and soaring harmonies that made their "sold out" 2023 show unforgettable. Founded in 1968 and hailed as Scottish National Treasures, the “Tannies” bring traditional Celtic music into the modern world with power, joy, and irresistible spirit. From tender ballads to foot‑stomping reels, this is folk music at its most alive.
INDY FOLK SERIES is an all-ages listening room venue featuring superb acoustics, art on the walls, and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Light snacks and drinks are available. Concerts are held once a month, September - May, in the performance space at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis.
Doors to the lobby open to the public at 6:15 p.m.
