About this Event
What might we discover if we paid closer attention to the meaningful coincidences, dreams, and unexpected connections woven through our lives?
Blending insight, personal experience, and humor, Chris Cunniffe will explore how greater attention to our waking-life synchronicities and nighttime dreams can transform both our inner and outer worlds. He will also venture into some of the fascinating places where dreams and synchronicity intersect, including precognitive dreams and dreams of soul-mate connections.
The title The Synchronous Life is an intentional counterpoint to Theodore Roosevelt’s famous call to live “the strenuous life.” Rather than pushing harder, this presentation invites us to become more attentive—to notice the patterns, symbols, and moments of meaning that might otherwise pass us by.
Drawing from his extensive practice of recording and studying his own dreams and synchronicities, Chris will offer inspiration and practical encouragement for anyone interested in becoming more curious about these experiences in their own life. Whether you are a longtime dream journaler or simply intrigued by meaningful coincidences, this lively presentation will invite you to look—and listen—a little more closely.

Chris Cunniffe is a longtime member, former board member, and generous supporter of the Charleston Jung Society. Originally from Long Island, New York, he has called the Charleston area home since 1998.
Chris graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1993 and Harvard Law School in 1996. In his professional life, he continues to pursue his longstanding interest in real estate as a Realtor with Engel & Völkers Charleston.
A lifelong reader of metaphysical literature and devoted student of dreams and synchronicities, Chris founded Lucid Coaching, LLC, in 2015. Through his coaching practice, he draws upon the structure and drive that shaped his early adult life while embracing the intuition, wisdom, and creativity that emerged more fully during midlife—qualities deepened through his ongoing exploration of dreams and synchronicity.
