Gather your friends, bring your favorite people, or make it a memorable afternoon out. The Sushi Hour brings hands-on sushi making and cocktail culture together for a fun, social experience at Heyday Miami in Downtown Hollywood.
Led by Blackbox Kitchen, you’ll learn the art of sushi rolling and create two rolls from scratch: fresh salmon with mango, avocado, cucumber, and crispy onion, plus a classic California roll made with real crab.
Enjoy your sushi creations alongside a handcrafted Heyday cocktail or a glass of wine, selected to complement the experience.
Whether you’re planning a group outing, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for something different to do on a Saturday afternoon, this is your invitation to roll, sip, and enjoy.
No sushi-making experience necessary. Just good company, great food, and a little creativity.
