The SUMMIT 60 is a brand new paired fitness challenge coming to the Peak District.

👥 Teams of 2
💷 £50 per team
⏱️ 60-minute time cap
🏆 SUMMIT or BASE CAMP Categories
THE SUMMIT
For Time:
🏃 1 Mile Run Together
⛷️ 150 Cal Ski
🚴 200 Cal Bike
🏃 1 Mile Run Together
🔥 150 Burpees Over Wall 30”
🚣 200 Cal Row
REMAINING TIME → ECHO BIKE
BASE CAMP
For Time:
🏃 1km Run Together
⛷️ 100 Cal Ski
🚴 150 Cal Bike
🏃 1km Run Together
🔥 100 Burpees Over Wall 24” Box
🚣 150 Cal Row
REMAINING TIME → ECHO BIKE
THE RULES
🤝 Split all erg and burpee work between partners however you choose.
🏃 Both partners complete the runs together.
⏱️ You have 60 minutes to get as far as you can.
🔥 IF… Or once you reach the Echo Bike, what have you got left in the tank?
🏆 Your score is the total number of reps completed within the 60 minutes.
This is about pacing, strategy, teamwork and how much you have left in the tank come that last 10 minutes….
THE SUMMIT OR BASE CAMP?
Unsure??? As a guide we’re using the run. If your teams can do sub 10 minute mile runs comfortably then give the summit a try.
Alternatively if you think your team will be more like 7-8 minute kms then set your sight on base camp this time around! You can always go for the summit next time!
