The Studio is an intimate group exercise space. Where we offer small group Reformer, Mat Pilates and Kettlebells. Small group classes means every participant can be seen. Open Day: Introduction to reformer
Open 1pm - 4pm
Meet the instructors, light refreshments available, ask and book on classes.
Have the opportunity to try the reformers if this is something new to you.
* To participate in the Introduction to Reformer class -
Booking your space up to and on Friday 25th September.
* Please be ready arrive ready to exercise ie. no jeans, jeggins or outdoor wear and socks on the reformers
* Introduction to Reformer sessions run at:
1.30pm - 2pm
2.15pm - 2.45pm
3pm - 3.30pm
3.45pm - 4.15pm
4 people per session booking is essential
* The cost to participate will be £5 per person paid up front by bank transfer
