I am so excited to announce that I will be featuring at The Stag & Elevate Health & Wellbeing Open Day Wellness and Wellbeing day on 10th October some other amazing female led businesses including @elevate.lifestyle2026 @completefertility as well as a counselling service and sports injury therapist. This is an exciting day for wellness businesses to come together to see what we can do to help our local community.
I will have a private room upstairs so you can come and chat to me about what you might need for your yoga practice and we can even try out a few things to try and help you on the day - so if you need some stretches for aching shoulders, a stiff neck, some breath work exercises for anxiety or need some ideas on essential oils that might help you then come up and see me.
I will also be giving away 4 free goodie bags (including some Tropic goodies) to the first 4 people that book onto one of my classes on the day.
