Welcome to the Spellcraft Circle, a monthly gathering dedicated to the practice of operative magic.Whether you're writing your first spell, refining a long-standing practice, or simply looking for dedicated time to focus on your craft, this circle is designed to help you build practical skills, deepen your understanding of magic, and gain confidence in your own practice. Practitioners of all experience levels are welcome.
Each meeting begins with a guided group exercise to explore a new energy sensing or energy manipulation technique. We'll then spend a short time discussing a specific aspect or method of spellcraft before transitioning into open workshop time. Rather than a traditional lecture or class, Spellcraft Circle is a collaborative workshop where you can work at your own pace while learning alongside other practitioners. You might personalize the spell or technique discussed that evening, work in your grimoire, practice divination, troubleshoot spellwork, ask questions, or simply enjoy dedicated time to focus on your practice in the company of likeminded folks.
New practitioners are encouraged to ask questions and explore with curiosity, while experienced practitioners are invited to share their knowledge and perspectives. We all have something to learn, and something to teach.
Bring your notebook, your questions, and your curiosity. If you have a grimoire, divination tools, or another magical project you're working on, feel free to bring those as well.
Come as you are, and leave with new ideas, new skills, and a deeper connection to your own practice.
November's Topic: Building a Book of Shadows
In November’s spellcraft circle we will be focusing on building your book of shadows. Your BOS is arguably one of the most important tools when starting your craft, we’ll talk about the various types of books and how best to use and format them.
If you already have a book of shadows - bring it to circle with you, we will be doing show and tell for anyone who is comfortable sharing. If you don't have one yet - no worries, you can stop by the shop and pick up a blank journal or I will have binders available for folks who need one. For our monthly craft we will be decorating/working on our books, feel free to bring any scrapbooking or papercraft supplies you want to use. As always I will have various materials available for you to use as well.

Tempest is the artist & enchanter behind The Flamewoven Alchemist, where she creates handcrafted talismans, teaches practical witchcraft, and helps seekers build authentic, spirit-centered magical practices. As a practicing witch for over 15 years, she draws inspiration from animism, folklore, and her background in engineering. She believes that magic is not about memorizing someone else's recipes - it's about cultivating your own relationship with spirit and learning to work with confidence.
Whether she's teaching workshops, crafting talismans, or guiding discussions, Tempest's goal is to provide practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and a welcoming space where practitioners can deepen their understanding of magic and discover the path that feels right for them.
