October 19th - 21st of our upcoming low-cost spay and neuter clinics will be open to all RGV Residents! Set your alarms; appointments will fill fast!

PVAS Spay & Neuter Clinics are designed to help pet owners access affordable, high-quality care. To keep things organized, we’re limiting appointments to 40 animals per day, with additional restrictions on the number of cats, dogs, males, and females accepted each day.
