The first half is sound. Bowls, chimes, rainsticks, soft drums, rattles. You lie down and let it carry you past the part of your mind that has been managing everything since you woke up.
The second half is ceremony. A sound bath is something you receive. A ceremony is something you do. Whatever the month is asking for, we do together, in a room where nobody is going to rush you.
Then we come all the way back. Feet on the floor, steady before you stand. You leave grounded, and you leave holding something in your hand. No experience needed. Nothing to say out loud.
