Join us for a unique and immersive experience where the power of sound meets the freedom of inspired writing.
Throughout the session you’ll be surrounded by the vibrations of our gongs, drums, Dragon Frequency Tubes and other carefully selected sound instruments, creating a deeply relaxing space to help quiet the mind and awaken your intuition.
As the sound journey unfolds, you’ll be invited to put pen to paper and simply write whatever comes. There are no rules, no expectations and no right or wrong—just an opportunity to express yourself and discover what rises from within.
You don’t need to be a writer, and you don’t need any previous experience. This workshop is about allowing the sounds to guide your thoughts, emotions and creativity in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.
Many people are surprised by what they uncover when they stop listening to the outside world and begin listening to themselves.
