The Sound of Thanksgiving 2026

November 20–22, 2026

Theme: Through the Fire Into His Praise
Scripture: "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze." — Isaiah 43:2

Join the PIWC Dallas Choir for The Sound of Thanksgiving 2026, a three-day worship experience designed to bring our church and community together through prayer, outreach, worship, and thanksgiving.

This year's theme, Through the Fire Into His Praise, is a reminder that God remains faithful through every season of life. No matter the challenges we face, He walks with us through the fire and brings us into a place of victory, gratitude, and praise. Throughout this special weekend, we will gather to seek God's presence, serve our community, celebrate His goodness, and lift one united sound of thanksgiving.

Begin the weekend with an evening of prayer, worship, consecration, and spiritual preparation. Through heartfelt worship, intercession, and exhortation, we will prepare our hearts for a weekend centered on God's faithfulness and power.

The day begins with a community outreach initiative as we take the love of Christ beyond the walls of the church through evangelism, encouragement, and acts of service.

In the evening, join us for a powerful Worship Night featuring acclaimed gospel minister Diana Hamilton. Together, we will experience a night of praise, worship, thanksgiving, and ministry as we gather in God's presence and lift our voices in celebration.

The weekend concludes with our Super Sunday All-White Worship Celebration, a special service dedicated to honoring God's faithfulness and giving thanks for all He has done.

As a church family and community, we will come together in worship, praise, thanksgiving, and celebration, reflecting on God's goodness and the many ways He has carried us through every trial and triumph. Worshippers are invited to wear white as we conclude the weekend in unity, gratitude, and joyful praise.
