About this Event
The Sound of Our Wellness: Your Voice. Our Wellness.
Life brings stress, loss, change, and experiences we don’t always have space to talk about. The Sound of Our Wellness creates room for those conversations—along with opportunities to listen, learn, and connect with support.
Join C.A. Ellis & Associates for a free evening centered on emotional wellness and the experiences that shape how we respond to life. A 45-minute panel featuring four to five panelists will explore emotional stress, grief, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Following the panel, attendees can rotate through four 15-minute small-group discussions and activities led by the panelists, exploring different perspectives and practical approaches to everyday wellness.
The “sound” of this evening is our voices: the questions we ask, the experiences we choose to share, and the understanding we build by listening. Participation is welcome at your comfort level, including simply listening.
Enjoy complimentary dinner, connect with wellness resources, participate in wellness gift raffles, and close the evening with a restorative sound bath.
