The classical singer, the composer, the musical director, the musical maestro of Bangladesh, it is none other than Swani Zubayeer. Award-winning composer, performer, and educator specializing in North Indian classical and contemporary Western classical music, Swani Zubayeer One of the very few truly music educated composers of Bangladesh, earned his Masters Degree in Western Classical Composition from the Royal University College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden. He received training in Indian Classical Music from Ustad Mazhar Ali Khan and Ustad Jawad Ali Khan, famous grandsons of the Bade Ghulam Ali Khan of Kasur Patiala Gharana. Swani won Bangladesh National Film Awards in best music director category for the film 'Anil Bagchir Ekdin' in 2015.
