The Soul-Called Collective brings together women who want to build friendships, share ideas, collaborate, and support one another as they grow.
We go deep. We value authenticity, generosity, and meaningful conversations. Our vision is a community where you feel safe, seen, and supported, with women who celebrate your wins and encourage you to explore what’s possible.
Through luncheons, virtual masterminds, social experiences, and member-led activities, we’re creating opportunities to connect on both a personal and professional level.

Meet your host: Morgan Hamer
Hi, I’m Morgan! I’m an art major turned commercial real estate broker, business owner, real estate investor, and manifesting mentor for women in business.
My businesses reflect the different ways I love helping people create new possibilities:
: A commercial real estate firm and business brokerage where I’m a partner and Broker-in-Charge.
: My Charleston vacation rental, a playful, welcoming space for memorable stays and connection.
: My mentoring and personal growth business, where I help women create soul-aligned success in life and business.
Having led two women’s business groups, I’ve experienced how powerful it is to surround yourself with women who share their wisdom, believe in your potential, and cheer you into your next chapter. Those relationships helped me find the confidence to speak publicly, start a brokerage with my partners, and expand my investment portfolio.
As someone who is also building her community in Charleston, I’m creating the kind of circle I crave: authentic women, meaningful conversations, shared ambition, and room to show up as yourself.
