The Soul Activation - AUTUMN EDITIONSaturday 3rd October 2026 ✨🕉️♥️
A powerful seasonal immersion designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom and step into the next chapter of your life feeling grounded, clear and deeply aligned.
As we enter autumn - a season of transformation, reflection and letting go - you’re invited into a deeply restorative ceremony curated by AJ of Conquer Me 365 and Kathryn Henshaw, Psychic Medium and Light Language Channel.
Together, this experience will support you in clearing outdated energy, reconnecting with your truth and creating space for the person you are becoming.
YOUR AUTUMN CEREMONY FLOW
🫁 Breathwork Activation with AJ
We begin with activating breathwork to open the body, clear the mind and release stagnant energy.
This prepares your entire system to receive deeper guidance, clarity and transformation.
🍂 Guided Visualisation: Autumn Release
You’ll be guided through a powerful visualisation designed to help you release old identities, patterns and emotions that you’re ready to leave behind.
This is where you reconnect with your inner wisdom and meet the next expression of yourself.
✨ Channeled Messages with Kathryn
From this elevated state, Kathryn will bring through personal and collective messages from Spirit, your Higher Self and light language frequencies.
Expect insight, healing and the soul remembrance you need as you move into your next season.
🎼 Immersive Sound Bath: Deep Integration
A vibrational reset using healing instruments to integrate the guidance you’ve received, soften the energy field and support emotional and energetic release.
