Created from nearly two decades of real-world experience, this training goes beyond simply learning how to play instruments. You’ll explore the science, energetics, technique, listening skills, and art of facilitation that allow you to work with sound intentionally.

• How to play and work with crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums, chimes + more
• Harmonics, resonance, rhythm, dynamics + intentional listening

• Creating flow, transitions + an immersive sonic journey
• Safety, contraindications + responsible facilitation
• Emotional release, grounding + holding space
• Breathwork, vocal toning + supportive practices
• Developing your own relationship and intuition with sound
• Practical guidance for offering your work professionally
This is not a weekend crash course and it’s not a drawn-out program filled with theory you may never use. The Sonic Being Method™ is designed to bring together knowledge, hands-on experience, embodiment, and real-world application.
Whether you’re a yoga or meditation teacher, therapist, coach, musician, wellness practitioner—or simply feel called to work more deeply with sound—this training gives you a foundation for sharing it with greater skill, awareness, and integrity.
