Join us at Shady's Corner every Thursday at 7:00PM for a casual run club hosted by Fitness Central. Whether you want to walk 1 mile, run 2 miles, or just hang out and socialize with friends, you've come to the right place. No pressure, just good vibes and great company. Come as you are and enjoy some fresh air with the crew. Bring your friends, and your pups!
