The skapones are a 2Tone INSPIRED original ska band based in the Tees Valley in England. The group got together back in 2013 to play a kind of music that they all love, they performed hot original 2Tone inspired material with the objective of making you think, dance and smile.
Their debut album "Cradle To Grave" was released in 2018. They have 2 number 1's in the UK reggae charts and charted in the national charts back in December 2023 with their most successful single ever "Windrush". They have released 22 singles and are working on album number 6 and have appeared in compilations across the globe.
They have played with The Specials, Madness, The Beat, The Selecter, The Skatalites and many many more as well as having recorded with members of The Specials and Madness.
