About this Event
The Seven Gates · Gate 3: Solar Plexus
Where do your feelings go when there's no time to feel them?
So many of us keep going, pushing emotions down until they show up as tension, overwhelm, or a wave we can't explain.
The Solar Plexus gate is where we let that wave move through, so emotional wisdom and clarity can take its place.
Here movement becomes clear and precise. We explore direction and intention, discovering how the core fuels where we go and how we show up. Then the music rises with fire and pulse, giving you the power to take up space and move with clarity and confidence.
Come as you are, and let this evening be just for you.
