The Seven Gates · Gate 1: Root
How do you feel safe when everything around you feels so uncertain?
Everything begins with the ground beneath your feet.
The Root gate is where we start, with stability, safety and a sense of belonging in your own body.
We go low and close to the earth. Your feet, legs, and the base of your spine wake up as we explore weight, gravity, and what it feels like to be truly held by the ground. Then the music drops low and steady, and you trust the earth enough to soften into your own rhythm, one that roots you and lets you feel the ground answer back.
Come for this one evening, or let it be the doorway into the whole journey. The full seven gates are still open until Nov 18th, with the Integration Dance on the beach waiting at the end for full journey members only.

Akeisha is a contemporary dance artist and creator of BE Method, with over 15 years of experience. Her teaching is rooted in energetic and movement techniques, offering clear tools and movement patterns to learn and make your own.
Veronika Starr is the creator of the FlowQi Method. Her guidance comes from her ability to feel music as energy and translate its frequency into something you can feel move through you. Her curated mixes invite you to stop thinking and simply flow.
