We pour into our families, our work and the people we love, and quietly put ourselves last.
The Heart gate is where we turn that love back toward ourselves, and find the courage to be fully seen.
Light and flowing, we open the chest, soften the places we guard, and practice the courage of being seen. As the music opens like breath, your heart leads, and you expand, give, receive and let love move through you with ease.
This is our last gate before the holidays, a moment to fill your own cup before the season asks so much of you. Whether this is your first gate or you've been with us since the Root, you're so welcome here.

Veronika Starr is the creator of the FlowQi Method. Her guidance comes from her ability to feel music as energy and translate its frequency into something you can feel move through you. Her curated mixes invite you to stop thinking and simply flow.
