About this Event
You want to meet people in real life, but you don’t want to leave it entirely up to chance.
Maybe the classic singles mixer format isn’t what you’re looking for right now. You’d rather have a proper conversation than try to meet 20 people in one evening, and you prefer a relaxed dinner over table rotations, organised games or a host constantly moving you around.
That’s exactly what The Serendipity Table is for.

We’ll run the matching algorithm, review every registration, vibe-check the crowd and curate an intimate table of 5 to 6 singles based on factors such as personality, lifestyle, dating intentions and group chemistry.
We’ll also select and book the restaurant for your group. You won’t know exactly who you’re meeting until you arrive, but your table won’t be left entirely to chance.
Your ticket includes:
- A personality-based matching quiz
- A thoughtfully curated table of 5 to 6 singles
- Registration screening and crowd curation
- Restaurant selection, reservation and coordination
- All the behind-the-scenes planning needed to bring your table together
- An invitation to the post-dinner meetup with the other tables
There are no table rotations, forced games or formal hosting. Simply turn up, order whatever you feel like having, pay for your own food and drinks, and enjoy an unhurried evening with a small group of strangers who may have more in common with you than you expect.
Wondering who was seated at the other tables?
After dinner, guests from all the Serendipity Tables will be invited to continue the evening at a nearby bar. It’s your chance to meet the other singles from that night, compare how your mystery dinners went and discover who else you might have missed over dinner.
The post-dinner meetup is completely optional, relaxed and unstructured. Stay for one drink or keep the night going with your new connections.
Because sometimes, serendipity works better with a little help.
Please note: Your ticket covers the matching, curation and coordination of the experience. Food and drinks are ordered and paid for separately at the restaurant. Your assigned restaurant and table details will be shared closer to the event.

Refund Policy
- If a participant withdraws less than one (1) week before the event, event credit will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
- In the event that GaiGai cancels its event, there will not be a deduction of event credit.
- Unclaimed events/workshop are non-transferrable and will not be refunded.
- Any refunds made will incur a 10% admin fee from registration fee.
