Your Senses are Calling You!
In a world that often keeps us trapped in our heads, this workshop is an invitation to drop deeply into your body. Welcome to a day-long conscious dance journey dedicated to reclaiming your inherent sensuality, vitality, and connection.
Join us to dive into your five senses, your direct portals into the present moment. When you slow down and tune into sight, sound, taste, smell and touch, you wake up to your world in new ways.
Come play and discover a deeper sense of connection to yourself, to others and the living world around you.
Whether you're an introvert who finds connection in solitude or an extravert who thrives with people, there's something here for everyone.
Iko and I weave together Soul Motion, Open Floor and Continuum practices in this one day retreat.
Every body curious to move and be moved is welcome.
No prior dance experience is needed. All you need is an open mind, your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
We’d love to share this day with you.
