The Self Love Shift: Simple Senses Retreat focuses on reconnecting with your five senses and learning to trust your natural instincts again — the quiet inner voice that knows when to move, when to rest, when to laugh, and when to simply be.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll participate in gentle, intentional experiences designed to bring awareness back into the body, including:
Simple affirmations and grounding practices
Five-senses awareness exercises
Physical play like volleyball and dodgeball to encourage laughter, joy, and inner-child healing
Sound bath meditations
Stargazing and evenings under the stars
Nourishing meals made with fresh, local ingredients
This retreat is casual, grounded, and intentionally uncomplicated. There is no pressure to perform, transform, or fix anything. Much of the experience will unfold naturally — guided by presence, intuition, and what feels right in the moment. Additional elements will be added as the retreat continues to manifest in real time. We will be tent camping for this event (tents provided)
