You’re capable, responsible, and used to getting things done. But what happens when being the one who holds everything together starts to leave you exhausted?High-achieving women often carry invisible patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and over functioning that can impact their well-being, relationships, and leadership. In this engaging and practical presentation, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and consultant Dina Smith will explore how greater self-awareness can help us recognize the patterns driving stress and burnout—and create space for healthier, more intentional responses.
Participants will leave with practical insights they can use immediately to communicate more effectively, set healthier boundaries, strengthen relationships, and lead with greater clarity and resilience.
