Santa’s Grotto at the Masonic Hall, Gandy Street
Step into a truly enchanting Christmas experience and meet Father Christmas in a beautifully dressed room within the historic Masonic Hall on Gandy Street.
Created for families to enjoy together, this special festive event welcomes guests of all ages to share in the magic of the season. From little ones experiencing the wonder of Father Christmas for the very first time, to grown-ups keeping treasured traditions alive, everyone is invited to enjoy this elegant and memorable visit.
Each child of all ages planning on meeting Father Christmas and recieving a gift must have a ticket. Every ticketed person will receive a quality, sustainably sourced toy, carefully chosen to make their visit even more magical.
To make your experience even more special, festive beverages and mince pies will also be available to purchase during your visit.
Tickets: £18.50 per child
What to expect:
- A beautifully styled and festive grotto setting
- A special family visit with Father Christmas
- A quality, sustainably sourced item for each ticketed child (age groups 0-3, 4-7, 8-13, 14+, pets)
- Festive beverages and mince pies available to purchase
- Pets are welcome too to meet Father Christmas (and will recieve their own toy too)
Important information:
Children (including fur babies) must be accompanied by an adult.
Each child meeting Father Christmas must hold their own ticket.

Experience lasts 1hr and includes a visit to the North Pole Bar with crafting and santa letter writing station as well as meeting the big man.
