Run Time 1.5 Hrs (One Intermission)
Based on the beloved classic novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, this adaptation tells the story of Mary Lennox, a young girl sent to live in a vast, echoing manor on the windswept English moors after the sudden loss of her parents. Surrounded by silence, secrets, and unfamiliar faces, Mary arrives withdrawn, stubborn, and alone. But her curiosity soon leads her to whispers of a hidden, locked garden, forgotten by time and concealed behind ivy-covered walls.
As Mary begins to explore her new surroundings, she encounters the gentle, nature-loving Dickon, whose deep connection to the natural world opens her eyes to beauty and possibility, and her cousin Colin, a fragile, isolated boy convinced he will never leave his room. Through their growing friendship, the three discover a sense of purpose, belonging, and hope.
With each passing day, the garden, once neglected and lifeless, begins to awaken, and as it blooms, so too do the spirits of those who dare to care for it. What begins as a quiet discovery becomes a powerful journey of emotional healing, resilience, and renewal.
Rich in atmosphere and vivid storytelling, this production draws audiences into a deeply human story filled with moments of tenderness, discovery, and quiet triumph. With a focus on character, dialogue, and emotional depth, The Secret Garden invites viewers to reflect on the transformative power of kindness, imagination, and connection.
Perfect for audiences of all ages, this timeless tale reminds us that even in the darkest places, something beautiful can take root and grow.
