Join us for a TSS 45-minute full-body workout!
- Please bring your own mat (we do not have mats)
- Wear sneakers
- No equipment required. But if you'd like to turn things up a notch, bring ankle weights
- Arrive 10-15min early to check in with the front desk

The Sculpt Society method combines powerful sculpting exercises with easy-to-follow dance cardio for a fun and effective workout. Our goal is to give you a great workout in less than an hour. From beginner to advanced, The Sculpt Society will help you see and feel results, while having FUN working out. Designed to empower women through movement, TSS is about feeling confident and strong in our own bodies and loving them for all that they do for us!
*Dance experience is not required.
