About Kimmi
Kimmi is the founder of The Second Spring , helping women feel stronger, healthier and more confident through menopause, cancer recovery and other life transitions. Her background includes leadership and people development alongside specialist training as a Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral Instructor, Menopause Coach and Oncology Exercise Specialist. She also served in the Army Reserve with the Royal Signals and Infantry.
What to Expect
This is a relaxed, supportive and interactive session. A short practical movement element will be included, but no special fitness level is required. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for light movement.
