About this Event
The scariest thing to happen to craft beer!
Jane’s Talk - Seated Presentation
Windsor-Essex Jane's Walk Fundraiser - $25/per person
Saturday, October 10 from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Host: Eric Robert (Brew Talk/Erie St Brewery)
Join Eric from Brew Talk to explore some of beer’s darker sides. Including the horrors of infection from wild bacteria and yeast. How can it ruin the beer, or improve it?
He’ll also delve into a brewer’s nemesis: the often dreaded pumpkin beer. Eric will talk about how this popular beer garnished so much hate from the community and yet we still make it.
