An Immersive Sound Journey with Reiki

Step into The Salt Sanctuary, an intimate sound healing experience designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
Surrounded by the natural beauty and cleansing properties of the salt cave, you’ll be invited to let go of the outside world and settle into a space of deep relaxation and restoration.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help you arrive fully in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind and prepare the body to receive. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls and healing instruments, allowing the sounds and frequencies to carry you into a deeply restorative state.
Reiki energy will be channeled throughout the experience, offering an additional layer of energetic support as you rest and receive.
This is your time to pause, release, and simply be. Allow yourself to be nurtured by the sounds, the energy, and the peaceful surroundings of the salt cave.

- Eye mask or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed
A Few Details
This is an intimate gathering limited to just 6 guests, allowing for a more personal and special experience.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin.
No previous experience with meditation, sound healing, or Reiki is necessary. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

Bio: Marianna of Mystic Align is a certified sound healer, Reiki Master, and nurse of 29 years. She is passionate about using sound healing to reduce stress, support the nervous system, and guide the body back into balance and harmony, allowing space for natural self-healing.
